ARRIVAL NEPAL

After a long flight from Paris we finaly arrived in Kathmandu, Nepal. My home for the next 7 weeks.

We are staying in little hotel in Tahmel for 4 days before heading to the next destination.

The collored flags on the next picture are prayer flags and they come in sets of five: one in each of five colors. The five colors are arranged from left to right in a specific order: blue, white, red, green, and yellow. The five colors represent the five elements and the Five Pure Lights.

For 20$/night we had a simple room with a bathroom, a decent bed and breakfast with our lovely host Deepka! But be prepared for the cold since it's also winter in Nepal. During the day the weather is nice (25C°)but at night it can easly drop to 5C°.
